I'm starting a new tradition. Each Sunday night I will pick the dumbest decision, act, event, whatever, of the past week I feel deserves everybody's attention. They will be named the Dee-Dee-Dee Of The Week in honor of Mind of Mencia.

This week we honor Delaware's Mark Duncan, who inexplicably, down 49-14 to Appalachian St. in the D-1AA National Championship chucked a football directly at a police officer. Maybe he was aiming for the Appy St. fans who rushed the sidelines with 4 minutes left, but still. Are you that bad to accidentally hit the cop. And hit him hard?
